Control less, trust more: Parenting and externalising problems of adolescents

Previous research recognises poor parental monitoring, negative upbringing practices and insecure attachment as risk factors of great importance for understanding externalising problems in adolescence. The aim the is to understand role that affective parents plays interpretation relationship between monitoring with adolescents. A total 507 adolescents (209 males 298 females), aged 15 18 filled questionnaires. Through use structural equation modelling, trust revealed important mediator systematic effect deserves further attention.
